新素代是上海很有名的素食餐厅，用素食制作成荤菜的样子，当然这都是为大众准备的，真正的素食者怎么会要吃肉呢，呵呵。不过菜虽然样子做的很不错，但味道嘛，对我来说，还是很容易吃出来原料的~~~~
