Changyu Reina Castle Winery is a comprehensive wine-themed estate integrating grape cultivation, wine production, tourism, wine sales, dining, conferences, and entertainment. It was jointly established by the century-old Changyu and the renowned Italian winemaking family—the Reina family—and covers an area of over 1,100 mu.
This place is quite a distance from Xi’an, so if you’re not driving yourself, it’s probably best to skip it. The 100-yuan admission fee feels like a rip-off, and the facilities are essentially those of a large park. Aside from the vineyards, there’s just a castle. Inside the castle are exhibition and production areas, allowing you to observe the winemaking process up close. There are also some educational exhibition halls at the front. Overall, maintenance is mediocre, and I wouldn’t highly recommend it. However, it’s a decent spot for photography—right upon entering, we even saw someone holding a wedding~~
