The InterContinental Financial Street has been around for a while, and due to its location, it consistently maintains a very high occupancy rate.
Although the hotel is a bit dated, it’s still much newer than the Tomson InterContinental. Hotels with slightly older facilities usually make up for it with excellent dining and service.
However, there isn’t much in the immediate vicinity; fortunately, being on the 2nd Ring Road makes it convenient to get anywhere.
The hotel lobby is small, but the service is excellent. The swimming pool and gym are both on the 6th floor.
The entire 5th floor is dedicated to various restaurants. The rooms are quite satisfying, and I especially loved this orchid…~

The Club Lounge is on the 6th floor and is rarely crowded. From the window, you can see the congested 2nd Ring Road.
The Happy Hour offers a wide variety of delicious options, easily sufficient for dinner.

Next door is the Financial Street Shopping Center, which is truly upscale—you can really only afford to window shop…
There’s a cinema inside, and across the street, there are several restaurants~~~

Had lunch at Cai Die Xuan the next day at noon; the restaurant is on the 5th floor of the hotel.
The ambiance and service were both good, but the food service was just too slow…
As for the taste, the stir-fried dishes were well-prepared, the roasted meats were average, but the dim sum was fantastic.
