The most popular Japanese restaurant in Shanghai surprisingly requires reservations 3 weeks in advance. I finally had the chance to experience it; the ingredients are excellent, and the sashimi was incredibly satisfying. However, I found the salmon slicing a bit odd—although it was cut thick. It was my first time having scallop sashimi, and I still absolutely love scallops. Both the cod and eel were quite good, and the beef tongue and steak tasted amazing. The grilled prawns were excellent, and the dessert at the end was also very good.
The most popular Japanese Cuisine in Shanghai. Need to make reservation before 3 weeks. The material is so fresh, the tastes are also great.
