Celebrated my birthday at Guangzhou Banana Leaf—lots of discounts, plenty of activities, and a really fun time. The newly opened 96 Plaza is right outside the Century Avenue Metro Station; only some of the stores are open so far, but you can already tell it’s going to be a pretty impressive shopping complex. By the time we arrived at noon, it was already quite crowded, but since we had a reservation, we were seated right away. The Royal Curry Fried Crab was half price, the shrimp balls were half price, and we got an extra 12% off for the birthday celebration, plus complimentary juice, cake, and even a watch as a gift—haha!
