Getting off at the Longjing Tea House stop, you arrive at one of the New Ten Scenes of West Lake in Hangzhou—Longjing Tea Inquiry~~~~

Tingquan Pavilion nestled among the trees

The legendary Longjing Well~~

There’s a sign above that reads “Birdsong and Spring Murmur”

Longjing Restaurant, located at No. 1 Longjing, right next to the Longjing Tea House bus stop. It’s a very famous restaurant serving typical Hangzhou cuisine along with some other home-style dishes~~ The food tastes great and prices are affordable; you can get a full meal for just 40-50 yuan per person. The ambiance and service are also quite good, and using a Dianping card gets you a 10% discount~~~
The exterior~~

Sunflower seeds, completely flavorless…

New-style Longjing Shrimp, made with large shrimp, which are obviously much tastier than the tiny ones~~~

Pork liver and pork, tasty, very home-style, and very affordable~~~

As for this Sweet and Sour Pork Tenderloin, it’s only 18 yuan. Because it’s so cheap, the preparation method is simply coating it in flour and frying it once… It’s kind of like a knockoff Guobaorou, but the meat slices are a bit too thin….

After lunch, we headed south, continuing up the mountain until we reached Longjing Village. Almost all the villagers here make their living by growing and selling tea. I’m not particularly interested in green tea, so I didn’t buy any, but along the road many households have tea leaves spread out to dry in the sun~~~

There are also stone steps like these leading up to the homes of residents higher up the mountain~~

Walking along, after passing the highest point and turning a corner, the view suddenly opened up. Seeing vast expanses of tea plantations covering the mountainside was incredibly soothing~~

Passing through Longjing Village brings you to Jiuxi Eighteen Streams; next, let’s take a stroll through Jiuxi~~~
