Living in Shanghai, I didn’t even realize it’s already the 65th National Day~~ But a long holiday is always nice~~ Time to hang out with friends and soak up the sun again~~~ This time we walked along Donghu Road, Fumin Road, Julu Road, Changle Road, and Jinxian Road—a pretty classic walking route in Shanghai. Not too crowded, and tons of shops, big and small~~
We originally planned to have brunch at Madison, but it was packed, so we went to Element Fresh next door instead. Then we wanted to grab afternoon tea at Wo, but it was packed again, so we ended up at Ying Qi Ren Jian right beside it. I have to say, the terrace upstairs at Element Fresh in Jiacheng Center is super comfortable for sunbathing—great ambiance, just a bit windy. As for Ying Qi, it’s spacious with comfy seating, but their tiramisu was a letdown—way too sweet~~
